The specialists of our company have been working in the vacuum field for over 25 years. During this time, we have assembled a large number of vacuum deposition systems for different areas: electron-beam PVD systems for optical coatings with a built-in optical monitor and PVD systems for optical coatings with a built-in ellipsometer, magnetron systems for obtaining tribological and hard coatings, magnetron systems for the semiconductor industry. But most of the systems we supplied were intended for use in universities and research laboratories. Therefore, after many years of work in this field, we decided to focus on laboratory vacuum deposition systems for Universities and R&D companies.

As a rule, our vacuum spraying systems have fully automatic control, but can also be manufactured in a budget version - with manual (push-button) or semi-automatic control.
