Our company, located in the Canadian metropolitan area, has many years of experience in creating vacuum deposition systems for laboratories and research centers.

Our line of laboratory vacuum evaporation and deposition systems are vacuum magnetron systems of the VSM series for 3 magnetrons, vacuum magnetron systems of the SmartLab series for 1 or 2 magnetrons, as well as vacuum thermal evaporation systems of the VSM and SmartLab series.

Vacuum Thermal Evaporation System 
 

Thermal vacuum deposition is the most economical method due to the cheaper cost of evaporation sources and power supplies. This is the oldest vacuum deposition method.
In our VSR system, 3 evaporation sources are installed, from which it is possible to evaporate simultaneously, obtaining complex stoichiometric compositions. Instead of the classic resistive evaporation source, low-temperature cells can be installed, allowing evaporation from 30C.

Vacuum Magnetron Sputtering System
 

Sputtering magnetron system VSM has 2 or 3 or 4 magnetrons, a wide range of options, is the most demanded system for R&D, small and medium batch vacuum deposition. The possibility of installing a DC power supply, an impulse power supply, an RF generator significantly expands the amount of materials used for magnetron sputtering.

A small laboratory system with a stainless steel chamber, with several flanges for connecting analytical and measuring equipment, with heating the substrate holder, with an oil-free high-vacuum pumping system is the best choice for solving problems of thermal vacuum deposition.
